I’m a dedicated psychotherapist, passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and find their path to well-being. I believe in a client-centered approach, where I meet each person where they are and create a safe, supportive space for growth and healing to take place.
In our sessions, you can expect a warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental environment. I draw from a variety of therapeutic techniques, always focusing on your unique experiences and goals. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, OCD, or facing life transitions, my aim is to empower you to create meaningful change and find greater peace and fulfillment.
I have a particular interest in anxiety disorders and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and I’ve obtained specialized training and experience in this area. Over the years, I’ve gained valuable experience in frontline roles within addictions, youth detention, and complex mental health, as well as volunteering with Family and Children’s Services.
When I’m not in the office, I love spending time outdoors, with family and friends, riding horses, and diving into my new hobby of golf.
