Namita is a counselling intern who offers virtual therapy to individuals navigating a range of mental health concerns. She works with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, and challenging life transitions. Namita is especially supportive of individuals facing changes in relationships, school, work, or their sense of identity.

Namita takes a collaborative and client-centred approach to therapy, creating a space that feels safe, respectful, and non-judgmental. She works alongside clients to deepen emotional understanding, develop practical coping strategies, and move toward goals that feel meaningful and aligned with their values. Namita believes that therapy is a process that unfolds at each client’s pace and is shaped by their unique experiences and strengths.

She is passionate about supporting culturally diverse clients across the lifespan (young adults through older adults) and has an interest in working with couples to strength their relationship.

​As a counselling intern, Namita is committed to ongoing learning and clinical supervision to ensure ethical, thoughtful, and supportive care. She currently offers virtual sessions to increase accessibility and flexibility for clients.​
