Jaime brings warmth and genuineness to her work as a psychotherapist. She believes that you are the expert of your own life and works alongside you to create a life that feels authentic and fulfilling.
Jaime holds a master’s in Counselling Psychology from the University of Ottawa. Her approach to therapy is integrative and tailored to each individual. She draws from evidence-based modalities, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Emotion Focused Therapy. In addition to equipping clients with practical coping strategies, Jaime focuses on building trusting therapeutic relationships to support long-term, meaningful growth.
Jaime works with teens and adults experiencing a range of concerns, including anxiety, mood disorders, grief and loss, stress, self-esteem, life transitions, and relationship and family challenges. Her therapy is inclusive, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive. Your time with Jaime will be met with genuine respect as she takes your trust in her seriously.
