Session Fees

Sessions are 50-60 minutes in length and ranges from $155 to $185, depending on the practitioner.

​We accept all major credit cards for session payments to facilitate contactless and convenient transactions.

Insurance Coverage

Counselling and psychotherapy services are not covered by OHIP, but many extended health insurance plans do provide coverage for services offered by Registered Psychotherapists.

You will receive an official receipt after each session, which you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.

Before your first session, we strongly recommend checking with your insurance provider. Ask the following:

• Does your plan cover services by Registered Psychotherapists ?

• What is covered (ex. 80% for up to $500)?

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens. However, to respect both our clinicians’ time and other clients waiting for appointments:

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments will be charged the full session fee.
