Kaylie Jansen

Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

Available for In-person and Virtual Sessions

Kaylie Jansen is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who works with individuals aged 16 and older experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns. She supports clients navigating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life transitions, emotional dysregulation, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, and stress related to school, work, or family dynamics.

Kaylie offers a warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental therapeutic space where clients can explore their experiences at their own pace. She understands that reaching out for therapy can feel overwhelming, and she prioritizes building a safe and trusting relationship as the foundation for meaningful change. Kaylie is particularly attuned to clients who feel emotionally stuck, overwhelmed by their thoughts or emotions, or unsure how to cope during periods of change or uncertainty.

Kaylie works collaboratively with clients to increase emotional awareness, develop healthier coping strategies, improve communication and boundaries, and build greater self-compassion and resilience. She is especially interested in supporting individuals who struggle with managing intense emotions, navigating identity and life-stage changes, or processing grief and loss.

Kaylie is committed to ongoing learning, reflective practice, and providing culturally sensitive and inclusive care. She believes therapy is not about “fixing” clients, but about supporting them in understanding themselves more fully and creating meaningful, sustainable change in their lives.
